With its ease of use and flexibility, the iPad2 has proven to be an effective interactive classroom tool. Designed for the new user, this hands on workshop guides you through the basic settings, Apps included with the iPad, and an overview of use in the classroom.
Learn how to search, evaluate and download apps for the classroom. You will gain hands on practice evaluating and using educational apps. As the day progresses you will develop a lesson plan ready to use back in the classroom.

This workshop is similar to the one above however a portion of the workshop will go over use and application of the extensive accessibility features that come with the iPad. Also apps and resources covered will focus on assistive technology.
