House Bill 276 (R.C. 3319.073), dated March 29, 2007, and Ohio House Bill 150, dated July 14, 2009, mandates employees of school districts, community schools, and educational service centers to complete a minimum of 4 hours of in-service training on child abuse, violence prevention and bullying, substance abuse, suicide prevention and the promotion of positive youth development.
